Returns

Unopened tins can be returned within our 23-day return window from delivery. Because tea is a food product, we cannot resell opened tins.

If you do not like a blend

• Opened tins can be exchanged for a different blend once per order. Keep the tin; we only need a photo of it.
• There is no restocking fee on returns or exchanges.
• Subscription deliveries can be skipped or changed up to 3 days before the shipping day, but are not returnable once opened.

Write to us with your order number and the tin's lot number from the base. Refunds for returned unopened tins are issued the day the parcel arrives.
